Local artist BEVERLEY SNUDDEN works in a variety of mediums.
She has a passion for the countryside & all that lives within & thoroughly enjoys every aspect of her work. A few years ago, she took a leap of faith & left her management position to work as an artist – it has been very exciting and she has completed approximately 200 commissions and teaches several students each week, including art groups as well as evening art parties.
In August 2015, Beverley competed in the International Biennale ‘Isole’ contest in Sardinia, Italy
She uses this medium to create local scenes, homes, animals and in 2010 completed several paintings for the Barclay Brothers Estate on the Isle of Sark.
SOFT PASTEL & CHARCOAL PORTRAITS
Her work in soft pastel is very popular & she has completed many commissions including those for customers in Europe and as far away as Australia
ACRYLIC ON CANVAS
Her latest collection is a ‘Celebration of our Niton Coastline’ the village where she lives, by St Catherines Point
She uses driftwood collected from our local beaches to create indigenous animals
